West Texas Jam Lands Major Sponsor

SAN ANGELO, TX — The West Texas Jam, an all-night concert on March 30 at the San Angelo RiverStage, featuring the best tribute bands in Texas for AC/DC, Def Leppard, and Bon Jovi, just landed its title sponsor.

Dos Equis Beer will present the concert. Popular in West Texas, according to Dos Equis, their Lager is a fresh and crisp beer, more of a pilsner than a traditional lager; its moody cousin, Dos Equis Ambar, is a darker, Vienna-style brew with a big, rich flavor.

The Dos Equis West Texas Jam is the fastest-selling concert event in San Angelo for 2019, as measured by advanced ticket sales. Reserve seating on the floor in front of the stage is 75 percent sold out for the March 30 concert as of Feb 17, 2019. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the gate and the day of the show. General admission tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate and day of show. You can purchase advance tickets online at StubWire.com or at Blair’s Western Wear.

The show kicks off at 6 p.m. and will run until 11:30 p.m. with three bands: Blaze of Glory performing the hits of Bon Jovi; Def Leggend performing the hits of Def Leppard; and Black in Black performing all of AC/DC’s hit songs. Each set is expected to last 1.5 hours.
