UPDATE: San Angelo Police Locate Missing Person

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Have you seen the man below? 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, on Jan. 23, 2022, Stephen Ray Smith, 69, of San Angelo, went missing and was last scene on the 4600 block of S Jackson at 8 p.m.

Scanner reports indicated that the man left his hotel in his boxers. Despite those reports police have confirmed that Smith is wearing a long sleeve shirt and shorts. It was also said over radio traffic that the man had Alzheimer’s and was intoxicated. 

It should also be noted that Smith drives a l silver 2013 Chevy Silverado with LP no. BKZ4411

Smith has been located. Police have not released any additional details.
