Gangs in San Angelo??? I was born, raised and raised my kids in San Angelo. There was no such thing as gangs there. Organized gangs is something you heard about in NY or LA. What has changed in the last 20+ years? I'm not a racist. Growing up I had Hispanic neighbors, many Hispanic friends and even spent almost two years in FT Concho elementary when it was located on the parade ground. As a young man one of my best friends was Hispanic. None of the people I knew had heard of any kind of gangs either. The thing that has changed in the last 20+ years is the enormous amount if illegals coming into the US and bringing their old ways of life with them.
