Sheriff's Operation Results in the Arrest of Three Suspects on Felony Warrants

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Members of the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division along with Homeland Security Special Agents conducted a field operation within the confines of Tom Green County Tuesday which resulted in the execution of four felony warrants and the recovery of a stolen vehicle.

While the incidents may not be related, we were the only media to report a heavy police presence in north San Angelo Tuesday.

The Sheriff's office hasn't released any additional details of the operation. 

The following individuals were arrested and charged:

Brooke Martinez, 25, of San Angelo was charged with:
MTR* Poss CS PG1 >= 1G<4G (3rd Degree Felony)
GJI* Unauthorized Absence Community Correction Facility (State Jail Felony)
City Warrants X 6 (Class C Misdemeanor)

Justin Lloyd Sparks, 41, of San Angelo was charged with:
Driving w/Lic Inv w/ Prev Conv/Susp/W/O Fine Res (Class B Misdemeanor)
No Proof of Financial Responsibility (Class C Misdemeanor)
City Warrants X2 (Class C Misdemeanor)

Gregory Mullins, 49, of Clyde was charged with:
Poss CS PG1 >=4G<200G (8.5g) (2nd Degree Felony)
Poss CS PG2 <1G (THC oil) (State Jail Felony)

The three were transported to Tom Green County Jail and booked without incident.
