Drunken Brawl at the Lake Leads SAPD's Weekend Arrest Blotter

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Over the weekend the San Angelo Police Department arrested 26 suspects for various crimes including fighting at the lake, being intoxicated at the airport, and a 15-year-old who was driving a stolen car with tobacco.

The following is the Weekend Arrest Blotter Friday, July 31 – Sunday, August 2, 2020 provided by the San Angelo Police Department. Note Some arrest information withheld due to ongoing investigations. This list does not include PR Bonds, arrest/transports to Municipal Court, or details on Narcotics. CPF= Capias pro fines are writs or warrants issued when a defendant defaults on an agreement with the court. FTA & VPTA= Appearance Violations or Non-Appearance Violations. MTR= Motion to Revoke Probation. 

  • BURNEY, JOSHUA LEE- age 35 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS Friday after police were dispatched to the 300 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard for the report of a domestic disturbance.
  • CHAND, ANAND SWAROOP- age 57 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION Saturday after police were dispatched to the Belmore Baptist Church on South Bell Street for the report of a welfare concern. 
  • CORRAL, YVONNE- age 51 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEM Saturday following a domestic violence investigation in the 1500 block of Shafter Street. 
  • DICKEY, KAMEN BRYCE- age 19 was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ Friday during a traffic stop at West Beauregard and South Park Street. 
  • FLORES, DAVID LUIS, age 34 was arrested for RECKLESS DRIVING Friday during a traffic stop near La Follette and North Marie. 
  • FLORES, RUDY- age 25 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION Sunday after police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Camper Road for the report of a fight in progress. Flores also received a citation for DISORDERLY CONDUCT – AFFRAY. 
  • GRAVES, DANIEL- age 25 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION Saturday after police were dispatched to the 800 block of West Avenue X for the report of a traffic crash. 
  • GUTIERREZ, IRMA MICHELLA- age 19 was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 2 < 1G (THC Wax), and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA Saturday during a traffic stop at 19th and MLK.
  • HERNANDEZ, KARINA- age 30 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION Saturday after police were dispatched to the 8600 block of Terminal Circle for the report of an intoxicated person. 
  • HIRES, CHRISTOPHER DAVID- age 33 was apprehended on a Felony Warrant and was subsequently charged with RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT Friday after police located him in the 4600 block of South Jackson Street.
  • MARTINEZ, JULIAN- age 68 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER Friday during a domestic violence investigation in the 1100 block of Volney Street.
  • MENDOZA, ALFREDO- age 59 was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND Saturday during a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Camper Road.
  • MOSCORRO, KADEN RAY- age 19 was arrested for BURGLARY OF VEHICLE and EVADING ARREST DETENTION Saturday after police were dispatched to the Central Fire Station for the report of a vehicle burglary in progress. 
  • MOSCORRO, KADEN RAY- age 19 was arrested for BURGLARY OF VEHICLE and CRIMINAL TRESPASS after police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Joseph Lane for the report of a suspicious person in the alley. MOSCORRO was additionally arrested for THEFT PROP <$100 during the investigation after it was discovered he shoplifted from the Dollar General on Gordon Boulevard prior to his apprehension.
  • NAVARRO, J`LYNN- age 19 was arrested for NO DRIVER'S LICENSE and a warrant Friday during a traffic stop at Ben Ficklin and South Bryant Boulevard 
  • PHILLIPS, GEORGE- age 30 was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ Saturday during a traffic stop at South Abe and West Avenue I. 
  • PIKE, THOMAS JAY- age 40 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and two city warrants after police were dispatched to the 300 block of East Twohig for the report of a fight. 
  • ROBLES, ADRIAN – age 26 was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER Sunday during a directed patrol at EX Access Storage, 3804 West Houston Harte Expressway. 
  • RUTLEDGE, MICHAEL BUELL- age 66 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE Friday following a domestic violence investigation in the 200 block of Twin Oaks Drive.
  • VALDESPINO, MARIA- age 44 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS after police were dispatched to the unit block of North Browning Street for the report of an unwanted subject. 
  • JUVENILE, MALE- age 15 was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, and POSS, PURCH, CONSUM OF TOBACCO BY MINOR.
