Midland Man Charged With Assaulting Woman In Convenience Store

MIDLAND, TX — A Midland man has been arrested after he was charged with allegedly assaulted a woman.

 

According to CBS7, 30-year-old Darrell Levon Anderson is accused of entering a convenience store and hitting the victim several times in the head with a wooden object.

 

When police arrived at the scene, they found the victim and transported her to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

 

During the investigation police questioned Anderson who confessed to the attack.

 

Anderson was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and booked into the Midland County Detention Center.
