SAN ANGELO, TX – A 36-year-old San Angelo man was arrested yesterday after being indicted for inappropriately touching a child.
According to the indictment, on or around December 20, Gino Garcia, 36, was accused of touching a child's breast with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of himself.
No arrest came during the time of the initial incident but Garcia was later indicted for indecency with a child by sexual contact to a child under the age of 14 on May 12.
A warrant was issued for his arrest on May 19.
Garcia was arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail by Tom Green County Sheriff Deputies on June 3. His bond was set at $25,000 and he was released the same day.
