One Dead, Three Injured in Rival Gang Shootout at Biker Bar

 

MIDLAND, TX – One person was killed Sunday during a shootout at a biker bar between two rival motorcycle gangs. 

According to CBS 7, on February 16, officers with the Midland Police Department were dispatched to the bar "Your Place" located at 3704 West Wall Street for the report of multiple shots fired. 

When the officers arrived on scene they discovered four individuals had been shot. One was killed, one was in critical condition, and the other two suffered major injuries. 

Police have declared this a shootout between rival gang members. The suspects are believed to be a part of a motorcycle gang. The Midland Police Department suspects that there were several gang members involved in the shooting. 

After the shooting, the suspects were seen heading west towards Odessa. No names of the victims nor suspects have been announced at this time but the City of Midland will be hosting a press conference later Monday to discuss the state of biker gangs in the area.
