Theft of Property Tops Monday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Twenty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Jose Haro was arrested for theft of a property, evading arrest, and criminal trespassing at 2:24 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 
• Jose Haro was arrested for theft of a property, evading arrest, DWLI, no DL, no insurance, speeding, criminal trespassing, and four MISC VPTA at 2:29 p.m. His bond was set at $6,934 and was released at 4:28 p.m. 
• Jordan Velez was arrested for theft of a property by check and MISC theft of service at 11:16 a.m. His bond was set at $5,000 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 

Out of the 446 beds, 433 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.

• Charles Zavala was arrested for one MISC COMM at 2:55 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Magdaleno Suniga was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 2:59 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:13 a.m. 
• Kenneth Rodriguez was arrested for criminal mischief and DWLI at 3:16 a.m. His bond was set at $1,234 and was released at 5:13 a.m. 
• Leixus Jackson-Burney was arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:38 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,642 and was released at 9:43 a.m. 
• Jacob Galvan was arrested for COMM second driving while intoxicated at 10:02 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Barbara Eldredge was arrested for GJI third or more driving while intoxicated at 10:27 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
• Julianna Ramos was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest at 10:46 a.m. Her bond was set at $942 and was released at 3:28 p.m. 
• Kealeia Loner was arrested for COMM theft of property at 11:00 a.m. She was released without bond at 4:58 p.m. 
• Jordan Velez was arrested for theft of a property by check and MISC theft of service at 11:16 a.m. His bond was set at $5,000 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
• Isaiah Tanner was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 11:35 a.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
• Robert Torres was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:55 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Valentin Gonzalez was arrested for third or more driving while intoxicated and was placed on a  MISC ICE HOLD starting at 1:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jose Haro was arrested for theft of a property, evading arrest, and criminal trespassing at 2:24 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 7:43 p.m.

• Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 3:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jason Howle was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:54 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 12:13 a.m. 
• Joshua Cerbantez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 6:56 p.m. He was released without bond at 10:13 p.m. 
• Ariel Gonzales was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 7:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• John Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 7:51 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Rodney Titus was arrested for three MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 9:07 p.m. His bond is set at $482. 
• Johnny Bonda was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespassing at 10:53 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
• Mario Noriega was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 11:22 p.m. He was released without bond Tuesday at 1:13 a.m.
