UPDATE: Police Need Help Identifying Serial Car Burglars on Angelo State's Campus

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Angelo State University's Police Department is searching for multiple suspects who broke into more than five cars this morning.

As previously reported, on November 15, the ASU PD responded to a vehicle burglary in the Centennial Village's Parking Lot. Here's the original story: Angelo State University Police Investigating Multi-Vehicle Vandalism.

New information given by the department states that the burglaries began last night, when officers responded to a car with the window busted out behind the College Hills Baptist Church. Nothing was taken during this incident leading police to believe it being accidental or just merely a criminal mischief.

Then this morning the call came in on the burglary in the Centennial Village parking lot. This break in had a clear motive as the owner of the vehicle's wallet was stolen. The cameras were reviewed and above is alleged suspects responsible for the break-in.

Police say that there were seven break-ins this morning "in broad daylight."

ASU PD is asking anyone with information to contact Sgt. Villarreal at (325)942-2071. They also urge students and citizens to keep their doors locked and remove all valuables when leaving their vehicles.
