ABILENE, TX – Abilene Police Department has made two arrests in the shooting of 19-year-old Caleb Hemwall. Caleb was shot in the neck last Friday night while in his living room; the bullet narrowly missed his spine. According to police, Caleb was inside the apartment when someone fired three shots through the front door.
