Man Arrested After Allegedly Molesting a Child Younger than 14

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A 19-year-old was arrested today after accusations of him molesting a child.

According to the Indictment signed by the Foreman of the Tom Green County Grand Jury, in the July Term of 2019 in the 51st District Court, the grand jury charged Adam Xavier Aguero for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

These charges stem from an outcry of a child who been molested.

The assaults allegedly occurred in December of 2013 when Aguero intentionally and knowingly caused the penetration of the anus and mouth of the child with his sexual organ.

At the time of the assault, the child was younger than the age of 14.

The accused is currently 19, the incident occurred in 2013, that was 6 years ago, which would have made him 13 at the time. The victim was under the age of 14, but so was the accused? I’m confused? Or maybe there is vital missing information? It seems there have been a lot of stories about sexual assault of children lately and readers are so quick to judge without having all of the facts or getting their “ facts” from reading stories that can be misleading or lacking sufficient information. Remember, this is America, people should be innocent until proven guilty and not guilty until proven innocent.

"We finally said a woman's word is enough. I've taken many cases to trial with just a woman's word. You don't need corroborating evidence. You don't need a rape kit. You don't need witnesses. A woman standing there taking an oath and saying this happened to me is enough. You don't need a witness. You don't need forensic evidence!" - Sunny Hostin ('The View' co-host and attorney)

This is the social climate we've found ourselves in, when an attorney who should be especially well-versed in the justice system, can brazenly assert that "because I said it happened" should supercede DUE PROCESS. This is the consensus of all the #metoo attention whores and their disciples, who place more value on earning their proverbial badge of victimhood, than the perceived triviality and inconvenience that concerning one's self with the accused's individual rights troubles them with.
