Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Tops Monday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Eighteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including evading arrest with a vehicle, burglary of a habitation, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• Jake Belzner was arrested for evading arrest with a vehicle and a MISC VOP at 3:46 a.m. His bond is set at $15,000.
• Reginald Felton was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 8:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Kristoffer Magallen was arrested for burglary of a habitation at 9:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.

Out of the 446 beds, 453 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday:

• Stephen Rodriguez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 12:17 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Andy Sexton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:04 a.m. His bond is set at $10,642.
• Juan Lopez was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:33 a.m. His bond was set at $1,642 and was released at 4:58 a.m.
• Jake Belzner was arrested for evading arrest with a vehicle and a MISC VOP at 3:46 a.m. His bond is set at $15,000.
• Mario Noriega was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to family member at 4:01 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 2:43 p.m.
• Jessica Daniels was arrested for MISC CPF DWLI at 9:37 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
• Dwayne Hunter was arrested for theft of a property and possession of marijuana at 9:38 a.m. His bond was set at $1,750 and was released at 2:43 p.m.
• Everett Mogg was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance, GJI bail jumping, third or more driving while intoxicated, and GOB DWLI with a previous conviction at 11:44 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Joanna Rivera was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance, three counts of expired vehicle registration, two MISC FTA, two counts of MISC failure to display DL, MISC no DL, MISC possession of drug paraphernalia, and six MISC VPTA at 11:57 a.m. Her bond is set at $8,302.
• Guadalupe Zuniga was arrested for a MISC VOP at 1:40 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
• Bill Morrow was arrested for criminal trespassing at 2:40 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 4:43 p.m.
• Mario Hernandez was arrested for prohibited weapon at 3:34 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Marisol Barrera was arrested for one MISC VPTA at 3:39 p.m. Her bond was set at $469 and was released at 6:13 p.m.
• Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 4:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Mary Flores was arrested for seven MISC CPF at 5:07 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
• Ronald Craver was arrested for false report to police at 7:17 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:28 p.m.
• Reginald Felton was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 8:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Kristoffer Magallen was arrested for burglary of a habitation at 9:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
