All this serious crime, yet a certain vertically challenged, sawed off SAPD Officer T consumes himself w issuing citations for the most minor of infractions. I’m not sure if he carries a chip (2x4) on his shoulder because he’s scared of his own shadow or because he’s short, but the guy is simply out of control. His superiors at SAPD need to keep a close eye on the little loose cannon. I suggest anger management training or some coaching in the nuances of community relations.
