Man Pushes Woman Out of Moving Vehicle After Hitting Her in the Face

 

ABILENE, TX – Abilene Police arrested a suspect after he was accused of allegedly pushing a woman from a moving vehicle. According to a local news report, the woman alleged the suspect hit her in the face, then reached across to open the passenger door and pushed her from the vehicle.

The victim presented “obvious minor injuries and wanted to press charges.” There was a witness present during the altercation, according to police. The incident occurred before 2:30 pm in the 2800 block of Sayles Boulevard.

The suspect was taken to Taylor County Jail and records indicate he had an outstanding warrant for evading arrest. He now faces charges for “assault causing bodily injury-family violence” and his bonds total $6,000.
