Bringing Illegal Items into a Correctional Facility Tops the Weekends Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Forty-nine suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including bringing in prohibited substance in correctional facility, running from the cops, and having expired registration on the wrong vehicle. 

Out of the 446 beds, 473 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Cheyenne Ponce was arrested for criminal trespassing at 12:40 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 2:13 p.m.
  • Christopher Springer was arrested for no DL at 5:49 a.m. His bond was set at $444 and was released at 7:13 a.m.
  • Velentin Munoz was arrested for COMM unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 9:10 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Steven Escobedo was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance and COMM unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 9:38 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jacob Zepeda was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana at 11:20 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Dennis was arrested for burglary of a building, resisting arrest, evading arrest, and a MISC VOP at 12:28 p.m. His bond was set at $3,500. 
  • Priscilla Banda was arrested for possession of marijuana at 1:10 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:13 p.m. 
  • Corby Chitsey was arrested for COMM possession of a child pornography at 3:10 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 3:43 p.m. 
  • Aaron Lange was arrested for one MISC CPF at 5:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Cotto was arrested for violating protective order at 5:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Casey was arrested for class c theft at 6:54 p.m. His bond was set at $424 and was released at Saturday at $424. 
  • Janis Latham was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 7:54 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Saturday at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Jose Hernandez was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument, expired registration, FMFR, and no DL at 8:00 p.m. His bond was set at $1,305. 
  • Le'Andre Hayes was arrested for possession of marijuana, two MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 8:38 p.m. His bond was set at $1,482 and was released Sunday at 2:28 a.m. 
  • James Hogeda was arrested for MISC FTA non payment of child support at 9:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday:

  • Mercedes Gaitan was arrested for four MISC CPF at 12:09 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kristin Tyler was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:10 a.m. Her bond was set at 12:10 a.m. 
  • William Torres was arrested for FTA unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 12:57 a.m. His bod has not been set at this time. 
  • Veronica Ortega was arrested for GJI assault to a family member with a previous conviction, DWLI, expired registration, no proof of financial responsibility, registration on wrong vehicle, and four MISC VPTA at 2:15 a.m. Her bond was set at $6,176 and was released Sunday at 8:28 p.m. 
  • Chad Mahon was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:06 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000. 
  • Adrian Vazquez was arrested for driving while intoxicated and one MISC FTA at 3:11 a.m. His bond was set at $1,454. 
  • Trinity Bushner was arrested for public intoxication at 3:21 a.m. Her bond was set at $442. 
  • Hector Garcia-Lebron was arrested for RPR theft of a property, GOB fraud by destroying removal concealment writing, MTR possession of a controlled substance, MTR possession of a controlled substance, and two RPR criminal trespassing at 4:22 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ubil Samaniego was arrested for DWLI, expired registration, failure to yield, no DL, two no proof of financial responsibility, expired registration, and eight MISC FTA at 5:00 a.m. His bond was set at $8,212 and was released at 10:43 a.m. 
  • Jason Moran was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:22 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:43 a.m.. 
  • Stephan Bobholz was arrested for two public intoxication and two MISC FTA at 8:07 a.m. His bond was set at $2,048 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  • James Minard-King was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:12 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released Sunday at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Jesus Martinez was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and five MISC CPF at 2:49 p.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released Sunday at 2:43 p.m. 
  • Narcisa Natividad was arrested for possession of marijuana, expired DL, red light violation, and two MISC VPTA at 3:19 p.m. Her bond was set at $3,424 and was released at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Wade Cockerham was arrested for fleeing police officer at 4:34 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 6:28 p.m. 
  • Andrew Martinez was arrested for criminal mischief and two MISC CPF at 6:49 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:43 p.m. 
  • Susan Gonzales was arrested for four MISC CPF at 6:56 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Austen Zertuche was arrested for no intent to signal, possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC VPTA at 7:30 p.m. His bond was set at $1,650 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Nicole Bradley was arrested for two MISC CPF at 8:31 p.m. She was released Sunday at 3:13 a.m. 
  • Corey Champlin wsa arrested for public intoxication and two MISC CPF at 9:38 p.m. His bond is set at $442. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday: 

  • Calixto Garcia was arrested for possession of marijuana, RPR possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC CPF at 12:22 a.m. His bond is set at $1,642. 
  • Ricardo Santos was arrested for public intoxication at 12:59 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Marcus Miller was arrested for public intoxication at 2:00 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:59 a.m. 
  • James Jordan was arrested for public intoxication at 2:50 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:43 a.m. 
  • Teresa Grothe was arrested for J/N bail jumping at 10:05 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alejos Muniz was arrested for theft of a property at 2:51 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Stephen Bobholz was arrested for class c theft and public intoxication at 3:11 p.m. His bond was set at $866 and was released Monday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Doyle Gassett was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:06 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Joe Gutirerrez was arrested for class c theft, public intoxication and two MSIC FTA at 5:14 p.m. His bond was set at $3,094 and was released Monday at 1:58 a.m. 
  • James Casey was arrested for abusive language at 6:25 p.m. His bond was set at $392 and was released Monday at 12:28 a.m.

  • Antonio Deollado was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 10:10 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000.
