Evading Arrest with a Controlled Substance Tops Monday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Thirty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including aggravated assault, multiple indictments, and evading arrest with a controlled substance. 

Out of the 446 beds, 482 of them are occupied as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday:

• Arlene Montez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:50 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:28 a.m. 
• Joseph Gomez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a MISC VOP at 2:13 a.m. His bond is set at $8,642. 
• Onie Greer was arrested for failure to yield right of way, no DL, one MISC CPF, and two MISC VPTA at 2:39 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,220 and was released at 5:13 a.m. 
• Davey Tillotson was arrested for DWLI at 3:28 a.m. His bond was set at $734 and was released at 9:28 a.m. 
• Alicia Ybarra was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana at 7:04 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Aric Fernandez was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 8:56 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Michael Vick was arrested for issuance of a bad check, a MISC FTA, and eleven MISC CPF at 10:03 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Sara Gary was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and GJI unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility at 10:17 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Rondrick Gray was arrested for COMM reckless driving at 11:14 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Eric Pompa was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:36 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Henry Garcia was arrested for criminal mischief and two MISC CPF at 11:53 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Anthony Rodriguez was arrested for J/N burglary of a habitation and GJI bail jumping at 12:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Aaron Moreno was arrested for a MISC bench warrant and possession of a controlled substance at 12:35 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Donald Lane was arrested for a MISC bench warrant at 12:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jordan Lewis was arrested for possession of marijuana at 2:53 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:28 p.m. 
• Kelly Allard was arrested for GJI aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 4:09 p.m. She was released without bond at 8:43 p.m. 
• Brayan Delgado was being held by the border patrol starting at 5:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:41 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Luis Herrera-Zuniga was arrested for a MISC border patrol hold at 5:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Aaron Dungey was arrested for credit card abuse at 5:47 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Naomi Arthur was arrested for three MISC COMM at 5:55 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Yoni Gomez-Gutierrez was being held for border patrol at 6:00 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Lee Urbina was arrested for J/N assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 6:08 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• David McKinney was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 6:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jesus Tobias was arrested for GJI aggravated sexual assault of a child and GJI indecency with a child by sexual contact at 7:06 p.m. Hsi bond has not been set at this time. 
• Misty Ball was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and GOB possession of a controlled substance at 7:47 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Idalia Limon was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 8:33 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jeremy Morris was arrested for a MISC VOP at 8:55 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Othella McClelland was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:02 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was set at $500 and was released at Tuesday at 2:13 a.m. 
• Zaki Alexander was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury and MTR possession of a controlled substance at 9:10 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Olen Ferguson was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, RPR criminal trespassing, criminal trespassing, and six MISC CPF at 9:31 p.m. His bond is set at $2,000. 
• Amy Ramon was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:49 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 6:28 a.m.
