POLICE: Man Caught Recording Women in Sam's Club Restroom

 

MIDLAND, TX -- A man was arrested on Friday for recording women in the restroom at Sam's Club. 

According to CBS 7, the Midland Police Department were dispatched to the Sam's Club for a man who was videotaping women in the restroom. 

By the time police arrived the man left but police later pulled him over on Highway 191 at the Kent Kwik gas station. 

When police approached the vehicle the man, later identified as Derek Johnson of California, was making suspicious movements so they forced him out of the vehicle at gunpoint. 

Johnson was charged with invasive visual recording and the investigation is currently on going. 

This is still an on-going investigation.
