18-Year-Old Son Hospitalized After Being Shot By Father

 

BIG SPRING, TX -- A father and son argument led to the father shooting the son in the back yesterday. 

According to the Big Spring Police Department, on July 16 the BSPD responded a shooting on the 2500 block of Langley. 

When they arrived they found 60-year-old Jermone McNally's son lying outside with a gunshot wound to the back. 

Further investigation revealed that McNally and his 18-year-old son had gotten into argument that moved outside where McNally pulled out a gun and shot the son in the back. 

McNally was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is currently in the Howard County Jail. 

According to CBS 7, His 18-year-old son was taken to Lubbock and is listed in stable condition.
