Woman Indicted for Lewd Acts with 16-Year-Old Girl for Several Months

 

ABiLENE, TX -- A woman has been indicted by a Taylor Count Grand Jury for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl for several months. 

According to KTXS, Ashley Grubbs, 22, is accused of sexually assault a 16-year-old after the victim told police that she was sexually assaulted "several times over a period of a few months."

At first Grubbs denied the allegations but later confessed. She also wrote a letter to the victim apologizing for the lewd acts.

Grubbs was arrested for sexual assault of a child and is currently in the Taylor County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
