Driving While Intoxicated and Parole Violations Top Thursday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Eighteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including driving while intoxicated, camping on municipal facility, and possession of a controlled substance. 

Out of the 445 beds, 427 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  • Fernando Martinez was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and one MISC CPF at 12:16 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Jannice Blaylock was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:37 a.m. Her bond was set at $642 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Robert Shipman was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 1:14 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Miaesha Brown was arrested for MO assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, MO theft of a property, MTR possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify a fugitive from justice, GJI unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility, unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility, MTR driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old, possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:57 a.m. Her bond is set at $8,642.
  • Michael Jones was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 5:52 a.m. His bond is set at $20,000. 
  • Steven Hernandez was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 10:32 a.m. He was released without bond Friday at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Simon Hernandez was arrested for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice and two MISC CPF at 11:45 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Melanie Baker was arrested for J/N assault to a family member with a previous conviction, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two MISC CPF at 1:33 p.m. Her bond is set at $920. 
  • Chriselda Esquivel was arrested for four MISC CPf at 2:13 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Trace Denby was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:50 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000 and was released at 5:43 p.m. 
  • Richard Morrison was arrested for GOB burglary of a habitation at 4:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Carlos Sanchez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 5:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Concepcion Perez was arrested for MISC VOP at 8:59 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Erica Barron was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument, possession of marijuana, and a possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:40 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,642.
  • Phillip Morles was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jay Smith was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:58 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Friday at 12:28 a.m. 
  • Megan Botello was arrested for two MISC CPF at 11:19 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Thomas Lenois was arrested for resisting arrest and camping on municipal facility at 11:36 p.m. His bond was set at $842 and was released Friday at 4:28 a.m.
