Aggravated Robbery and Probation Violations Top Wednesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-six suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including breaking parole at the red roof the day of the murder, going to prison for lewd acts with a child, and running over a man after stealing his truck. 

Out of the 450 beds, 432 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

  • Eric Martinez was arrested for possession of marijuana and DWLI with a previous conviction at 1:09 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Joshua Brokofsky was arrested for evading arrest, failure to identify by giving false information, third or more driving while intoxicated, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:42 a.m. His bond was set at $20,890 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
  • Eric Benavides was arrested for criminal trespassing at 3:15 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:13 a.m. 
  • Felix Mota was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 3:23 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Robert Rodriguez was arrested for DWLI, failure to control speed, sunscreen not approved by DPS, one MISC FTA, and three MISC VPTA at 3:30 a.m. His bond was set at $4,488 and was released at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Gabriella Delgado was arrested for public intoxication at 4:17 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 1:28 p.m. 
  • Rene Hernandez was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:33 a.m. His bond is set at $1,146. 
  • Joshua Smith was arrested for theft of a property at 5:45 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Francisco Quiroga was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 8:55 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rusty Bryant was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle, evading arrest, and aggravated robbery at 9:18 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Louis Falcon was arrested for a MISC VOP at 9:48 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jimmy Trejo was arrested for a MISC VOP at 10:03 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Gabriel Vasquez was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:53 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:13 p.m. 
  • Davey Tillotson was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana, COMM possession of a controlled substance, and VOP possession of a dangerous drug at 10:56 a.m. His bond is set at $4,000. 
  • Cash O'Kelley was arrested for GJI violation of bond twice in one year at 11:07 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Eric Benavides was arrested for criminal trespassing at 11:33 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:13 p.m. 
  • Angie Rivera was arrested for harassment of a public servant at 12:40 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • River Wood was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Eric Ramirez was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:20 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Fidencio Garcia was arrested for COMM sexual assault of a child at 2:34 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Britney Castillo was arrested for unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility and four MISC COMM at 4:01 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Marcos Hernandez was arrested for COMM unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 4:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lyndan McMullan was arrested for GOB illegal dumping at 6::40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Daniel Diaz was arrested for MTR evading arrest causing death at 8:02 p.m. His bond has not been set at this tim . 
  • Roberto Ornelas was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:02 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Marcus Ryan was arrested for criminal trespassing at 11:27 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at Thursday at 1:13 a.m.
