Not Taking a Child to School Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of a controlled substance, multiple thefts, and not taking a child to school at SAISD.

Out of the 450 beds, 426 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  • Jonathan Gonzales was arrested for theft of a property with two previous conviction and a MISC bench warrant at 12:31 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Anthony McCarthy was arrested for public intoxication at 12:54 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Cecil Garcia was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:47 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
  • Maria Guerrero was arrested for MTR theft of a property, parent contributing to non-attendance at SAISD, and six MISC COMM at 5:23 a.m. Her bond is set at $552. 
  • Devin Avant was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument and COMM evading arrest with a vehicle at 11:16 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Quinton Collings was arrested for one MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 11:54 a.m. His bond was set at $482 and was released Wednesday at 2:28 a.m. 
  • Adam Pounds was arrested for MTR assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 1:42 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:58 p.m. 
  • Jesse Hernandez was arrested for MTR criminal mischief at 1:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Raul Samaniego was arrested for COMM second driving while intoxicated at 2:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rodney Villafranco was arrested for criminal trespassing at 2:58 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 7:58 p.m. 
  • Moses Roberts was arrested for COMM aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 3:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Macario Ruiz was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 3:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Paige Sandoval was arrested for J/N theft of a property with two or more previous convictions at 4:25 p.m. She was released without bond at 7:58 p.m. 
  • Russell Rosemann was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 4:52 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Leon Farley was arrested for a MISC VOP at 5:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alexander Vega was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 5:28 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Jonathan Reyes was arrested for criminal trespassing at 6:34 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Wednesday at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Jeffrey Norred was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 6:47 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joe Noriega was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:25 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:28 p.m. 
  • Felecia Scott was arrested for criminal trespassing at 8:19 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Rachel Pitcox was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 9:53 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Erin Kilcrease was arrested for public intoxication at 10:38 p.m. His bond is set at $442. 
  • Damon Goforth was arrested for camping on public property at 11:44 p.m. His bond was set at $342 and was released Wednesday at 6:13 a.m.
