AUTOPSY: Home Invader Shot Multiple Times with Pistol and Rifle

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The autopsy report for the home invader that was killed at the end of June shows he was shot multiple times while being high on cocaine and THC, the active ingredient in marijuana that makes you high.

On June 29, the San Angelo Police Department responded to an apartment complex on San Angelo’s southwest side for a reported shooting.

After investigating they determined that the man who was killed was 20-year-old Jayden Phillips. According to the San Angelo Police Department, Phillips and one more unknown suspect broke into the home that night in an attempted robbery.

When Phillips went inside of the apartment he was met with gunfire and died from the incident.

According to the autopsy report, Phillips was shot multiple times with a .22 caliber pistol and a .40 caliber rifle. He was shot multiple times in the head, torso, and extremities.

Phillips also tested positive to have had THC and cocaine in his blood stream.

The other suspect that broke into the house is still at-large and if you have any information contact police immediately.

Oh well....... Just as soon as the accomplice is captured, there will be 2 vacancies in society where 2 other people can have a chance to be productive members of the community.............

I thought the friends of Phillips said to wait before we draw any conclusions. That there was another side to the story. Just because the guy was full of coke and THC doesn’t mean he was up to something. Geez people.

I find it strange how someone finds it necessary to use both a rifle and pistol on one person. I’m also curious about how the man found the time to grab both of those weapons while also trying to prevent two men from “breaking in his home”. Sounds fishy to me

That little .22 just wasn't enough bullet to stop a tweaked out meth head. Grab the .40 cal and put some big holes in him.
