Boating and Driving While Intoxicated Tops the Fourth of July's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Fourteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including driving while intoxicated, boating while intoxicated, and multiple possession of drugs.

Out of the 450 beds, 416 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday:

  1. Rachelle Garcia was arrested for MTR assault to a public servant at 1:03 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  2. Colby Davis was arrested for theft of a property, RPR possession of marijuana, DWLI, one MISC CPF, and one MISC VPTA at 1:35  a.m. His bond is set at $11,790. 
  3. Samantha Skains was arrested for MTR Burglary of a building at 5:51 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:13 p.m. 
  4. David Rodriguez was arrested for displaying fictitious license plates and six MISC CPF at 8:44 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
  5. Phillip Costilla was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 8:55 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
  6. Sabrina Orona was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:05 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:13 a.m. 
  7. Daniel Contreras was arrested for class c theft, RPR criminal trespasssing, and three MISC FTA at 11:10 a.m. His bond is set at $1,970. 
  8. Leslie Thomas was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated, DWLI with a previous conviction, 11 MISC COMM, and one MISC FTA at 2:35 p.m. His bond was set at $482 and was released Thursday at 2:58 a.m. 
  9. Raymond Sanchez was arrested for violation of occupational drivers license at 3:08 p.m. He was released without bond at 5:13 p.m. 
  10. Anthony Aguero was arrested for unlawful restraint of a child at 3:21 p.m. His bond is set at $35,000. 
  11. Juan Torres was arrested for three MISC CPF at 4:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  12. Tyler Dykes was arrested for possession of marijuana at 6:41 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:43 p.m.
  13. Hector Martinez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 6:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  14. Victor Rodriguez was arrested for criminal trespassing and a class c criminal mischief at 8:51 p.m. His bond was set at $992 and was released Thursday at 2:58 a.m. 
  15. Bryan Donaldson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug, and criminal trespassing at 9:09 p.m. His bond is set at $90,000. 
  16. Russell Rosemann was arrested for class c theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:38 p.m. His bond was set at $1,066 and was released Thursday at 2:58 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  1. James Cornett was arrested for no DL and no liability insurance at 12:06 a.m. His bond was set at $1,020 and was released at 2:58 a.m. 
  2. Sabrina Guerra was arrested for RpR assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, RPR possession of marijuana, J/N possession of marijuana, J/N possession of a controlled substance, RPR possession of a dangerous drug, and RPR failure to idenitfy as a fugitive by giving false information at 1:01 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  3. Patrick Bellard was arrested for assault by contact and public intoxication at 2:03 a.m. His bond was set at $934 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
  4. Juan Munoz was arrested for public intoxication and fighting at 2:03 a.m. His bond was set at $884 and was released at 1:58 p.m. 
  5. Brady Brazeal was arrested for public intoxication at 3:25 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 1:58 p.m. 
  6. Luis Serrano was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:28 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
  7. Briana Adams was arrested for six MISC CPF at 3:49 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  8. San Delgado was arrested for possession of marijuana at 5:46 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 
  9. Mark Chipman was arrested for DWLI and one MISC fta at 5:49 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:13 p.m. 
  10. Matthew Westbrook was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated at 6:10 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  11. Mario Casarez was arrested for no DL and no insurance at 6:34 p.m. His bond was set at $1,468 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  12. Xavier Posada was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 6:53 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. Omar Martinez was arrested for boating while intoxicated at 7:58 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Friday at 2:58 a.m. 
  14. Jeremy Godwin was arrested for possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 8:08 p.m. His bond is set at $43,500. 
  15. Jerris Reed was arrested for possession of marijuana at 8:43 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  16. Crus Torres was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated at 9:25 p.m. His bond was set at $2,000 and was released Friday at 2:58 a.m. 
  17. Richard Cortez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 9:52 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  18. Robert Wells was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a MISC fugitive from justice at 9:55 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
  19. Michael Talamantez was arrested for unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility at 10:53 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  20. Roger Martinez was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to control speed at 11:12 p.m. His bond was set at $1,410 and was released at Friday at 4:58 a.m. 
  21. Conary Ferguson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 11:35 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500.
