Evading Arrest Causing Death and Abusive Language Tops the Weekend's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Forty-seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including multiple driving while intoxicated, evading arrest causing death, and abusive language. 

Out of the 445 beds, 420 of them are occupied as of Monday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Eric Perdroza was arrested for COMM indecency with a child by sexual contact at 10:40 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Tyres Ford was arrested for criminal trespassing at 11:03 a.m. He was released without bond at 2:28 p.m. 
  • Jason Ortiz was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:27 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Shannon Zeigler was arrested for two MISC CPF at 1:!2 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Derijasmier Diaz was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:14 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Matthew Lara was arrested for MTR theft of service more than or equal to 20,000 at 5:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Teadt was arrested for evading arrest causing death at 6:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Moulder was arrested for MTR aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 7:51 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 7:51 p.m. 
  • Irma Borders was arrested for two counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:11 p.m. Her bond was set at $2,642. 
  • Brandon Hernandez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 9:45 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 9:58 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday:

  • James Peak was arrested for three MISC CPF at 12:16 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:28 p.m.  
  • Lemuel Gonzales was arrested for public intoxication at 12:41 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:43 a.m. 
  • David Rodriguez was arrested for public intoxication and abusive language at 1:48 a.m. His bond is set at $834. 
  • Monroe Lacy was arrested for burglary of a building at 6:19 a.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
  • James Williams was arrested for burglary of a building at 7:25 a.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
  • Stevie Dominguez was arrested for MISC VOP at 3:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Allen Chavez was arrested for one VPTA at 3:37 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Anthony McCarthy was arrested for public intoxication at 6:04 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Sunday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Michael Clark was arrested for three counts of public intoxication and three MISC FTA at 6:14 p.m. His bond was set at $2,972 and was released Sunday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Monica Mares was arrested for one MISC FTA, no DL, one MISC possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC VPTA at 6:44 p.m. Her bond is set at $2,316 and was released at 7:58 p.m. 
  • Jason Lujan was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 7:04 p.m. His bond was set at $492 and was released Sunday at 3:28 a.m. 
  • James Porter was arrested for DWLI and one FTA at 7:41 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 1:58 a.m.
  • Alicia McCartney was arrested for two MISC CPF at 8:24 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kyndal Esensee was arrested for class c theft at 8:41 p.m. His bond was set at $424 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Wayne Fieglein was arrested for class c theft at 8:43 p.m. His bond was set at $424 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Juan Torres was arrested for DWLI at 9:50 p.m. His bond was set at $734 and he was released at 10:43 p.m.
  • Danny Branaman was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:33 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Sunday at 3:13 a.m.  
  • April White was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and three MISC CPF at 10:53 p.m. Her bond is set at $642. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday:

  • Russell Call was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 12:03 a.m. His bond was set at $50,000. 
  • Edward Vallejo was arrested for public intoxication at 12:31 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:43 a.m. 
  • Jose Gallegos-Reyes was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 12:51 a.m. His bond was set at $15,000 and was released at 8:28 a.m. 
  • Eric Ferguson was arrested to assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 12:58 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Troy McAllister was arrested for assault by contact to a family member, criminal trespassing, and one MISC FTA at 1:48 a.m. His bond is set at $1,174. 
  • Francis Peasant was arrested for false drug test falsification device, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, no proof of financial responsibility, and one MISC CPF at 1:54 a.m. His bond was set at $1,604 and was released Monday at 2:13 a.m. 
  • Levi Ball was arrested for third or more driving while intoxicated at 2:20 a.m. His bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Alexander Hernandez was arrested for public intoxication at 2:16 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Jaramy Rendonw as arrested for burglary of a habitation, minor in possession, and VOP driving while intoxicated at 3:27 a.m. His bond is set at $25,240. 
  • Britnee Counts was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:43 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:28 a.m. 
  • Marlon Mucker was arrested for DWLI, Child passenger safety seat systems, twelve MISC CPF, and one VPTA at 5:17 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rachelle Garcia was arrested for criminal trespassing at 6:10 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 6:10 a.m. 
  • Jimmy Trejo was arrested for assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 6:16 a.m. His bond was set at $5,000 and was releasted at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Anthony Carrauto was arrested for MTR obstruction or retaliation at 8:17 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rachelle Garcia was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:16 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released Monday at 5:43 a.m. 
  • Blanca Delrio was arrested for theft of property, expired DL, expired vehicle registration, no proof of financial responsibility, one MISC FTA, and three MISC VPTA at 6:09 p.m. Her bond is set at $4,971. 
  • Arthur Arroyo was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 11:02 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kristina Hughes was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 11:05 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Hunter Bridgers was arrested for possession of marijuana at 2:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 4:13 p.m.
