Being Arrested Twice in One Day Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-one suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including being arrested twice in one day, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and sexual assault of a child by contact. 

Out of the 445 beds, 422 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  1. Santiago Villegas was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:04 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:43 a.m. 
  2. Ernest Gonzales was arrested for DWLI at 3:21 a.m. His bond was set at $734 and was released at 4:28 a.m. 
  3. Felisa Ramirez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:27 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 11:43 a.m. 
  4. Robert Rodriguez was arrested for criminal trespassing and RPR criminal trespassing at 10:09 a.m. His bond was is set at $500. 
  5. Anthony Chappa was arrested for two MISC CPF at 10:37 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  6. Antoinette Talton was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 2:50 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 4:58 p.m. 
  7. Matthew South was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 3:16 p.m. His bond is set at $75,000. 
  8. Jesus Ayala-Garcia was being held by ICE starting at 3:35 p.m. 
  9. Ashley Garcia was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:49 p.m. Her bond is set at $2,000. 
  10. James Clark was arrested for MTR theft of a firearm and MTR possession of a controlled substance at 3:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  11. Mike Belman was arrested for criminal trespassing at 3:57 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 8:28 p.m. He was later arrested again for a false alarm at 11:35 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  12. Joshua Vidaurri was arrested for GOB aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and GOB bail jumping at 4:12 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. Gabriel Reel was arrested for a MISC VOP at 5:07 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  14. Christopher Lopez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 6:09 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  15. Rodolfo Avila was arrested for VOP second driving while intoxicated at 6:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  16. Reggie Ross was arrested for indecency with a child by sexual contact and a MISC bench warrant at 6:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  17. Tanisha Arhelger was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument at 7:06 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  18. Juan Quintana was arrested for theft of a property and criminal trespassing at 7:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  19. Sherry Posey was arrested for MTR burglary of a building and RPR DWLI with a previous suspension at 8:55 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  20. William Wallace was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance at 9:12 p.m. He was released without bond at 10:28 p.m. 
  21. Cirildo Fitchett was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 9:56 p.m. His bond was set at $492 and was released at Wednesday at 5:13 a.m.
