Multiple Violations of Parole Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Twenty-nine suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including multiple violations of parole, a 70-year-old woman for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and having a prohibited substance in a correctional facility. 

Out of the 445 beds, 437 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Jesica Robison was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 12:36 a.m. Her bond was set at $7,500. 
  • Phoung Tran was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and is placed on a MISC ICE hold starting at 2:38 a.m. 
  • Daniela Ramos was arrested for criminal mischief was arrested for 4:47 a.m. Her bond was set at $492 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Shane Keele was arrested for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice and a MISC parole violation at 7:08 a.m. His bond was set at $500. 
  • Victoria Garcia was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 7:17 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Daniel Stewart was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:04 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 3:13 p.m. 
  • Orn Brooks was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 9:48 a.m. He was released without bond at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Deserae Pacheco was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 9:52 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christian Cuellar was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 10:00 a.m. He was released without bond at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Kelli Hubble was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:57 a.m. Her has not been set at this time. 
  • Calvin Ashlock was arrested for DWLI, 30 day registration sticker expired, and running a stop sign at 12:04 p.m. His bond was set at $1,114 and was released Tuesday at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Earl Crickett was arrested for a MISC VOP at 12:25 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Maria Fuentes was arrested for violation of occupational drivers license at 12:29 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Shone Smith was arrested for a MISC VOP at 12:35 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lily Garza was arrested for a MISC VOP at 1:06 p.m. Her bond was set at this time. 
  • Robert Delagarza was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 1:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Victor Jimenez was arrested for GJI evading arrest with a vehicle at 2:22 p.m. He was released without bond Tuesday at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Kaitlyn Freitag was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction, possession of a controlled substance, and a prohibited substance in a correctional facility at 3:10 p.m. Her bond is set at $17,500. 
  • Pamela Padgett was arrested for a MISC VOP at 4:07 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Thomas Torres was arrested for public intoxication at 4:42 p.m. His bod was set at $1,024 and was released Tuesday at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Joseph Velez was arrested for MTR stalking at 5:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Avery Hawkins was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful carry of a weapon at 7:10 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released Tuesday at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Linda King was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 8:10 p.m. Her bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Devin Avant was arrested for GJI forgery of a financial instrument at 8:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alejandro Ochoa was arrested for a MISC VOP at 8:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Brittany Vaughn was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 9:05 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 3:13 a.m. 
  • Jon Nicholson was arrested for public intoxication, criminal trespassing, and one MISC FTA at 9:44 p.m. His bond is set at $1,024. 
  • Geoffery Depierro was arrested for possession of marijuana at 9:50 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:13 a.m. 
  • Henry Reyes was arrested for three MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 11:39 p.m. His bond is set at $482.
