An Arrest for an Unauthorized Septic System Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Twenty-seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including unauthorized septic system, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 

Out of the 445 beds, 418 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  • Michael Clark was arrested for public intoxication at 12:10 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 11:13 a.m. 
  • Anthony McCarthy was arrested for public intoxication at 12:!3 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Bradson Stephens was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 1:12 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joel Wren was arrested for criminal mischief at 4:25 a.m. His bond was set at $492 and was released at 8:13 a.m. 
  • Rickey Williams was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:54 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Harvey Price was arersted for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 12:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Tobias Garcia was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance, VOP evading arrest, a bench warrant, and GJI bail jumping at 12:12 p.m. His bond is set at $50,000. 
  • Juan Castro was arrested for unauthorized septic system at 12:33 p.m. His bond was set at $1,100 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Jose Valdez-aragon was being held for the border patrol starting at 2:41 p.m. He was released Wednesday at 8:43 a.m. 
  • Christopher Capuchino was arrested for COMM aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 3:20 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Katherine Aguilar was arrested for MISC parole violation at 3:51 p.m. Her bond has not bee set at this time. 
  • Anthony Whiteside was arrested for possession of marijuana and DWLI with a previous conviction at 5:02 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Christy Gibert was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 5:08 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Sara Moreno was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 5:11 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Briana Hilarioj was arrested for GOB evading arrest at 5:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jorden Tamez was arrested for class c theft, RPR DWLI with a previous conviction, and one MISC FTA at 6:34 p.m. His bond was set at $1,006 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Calvin Burney was arrested for 15 MISC CPF at 7:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jamie Brown was arrested for three MISC CPF at 8:12 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Manuel Vazquez was arrested for having an open alcohol container in a vehicle and  two MISC FTA at 8:38 p.m. His bond was set at $1,656 and was released Wednesday at 4:13 a.m. 
  • Chelsy Cuellar was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 8:39 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,000.
  • Tammie Ramos was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction and a MiSC bench warrant at 9:49 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Harold Philipp was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 10:35 p.m. His bond is set at $12,000. 
  • John Tamez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:07 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was releaesed Wednesday at 1:13 a.m. 
  • Mario Fuentes was arrested for three MISC CPF at 11:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • John Arnouville was arrested for public intoxication at 11:28 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Wednesday at 5:43 a.m. 
  • Richard McPartand was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 11:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jose Pargas was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:52 p.m. his bond has not been set at this time.
