Giving Obscene Materials to a Minor Tops Wednesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-one suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday. 

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office and the San Angelo Police Department made various arrests including promotion of obscene material to minors, multiple possession charges, and a military hold. 

Out of the 445 beds, 393 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday:

  • August Adams was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 12:07. Her bond was set at $2,000 and was released at 3:58 a.m. 
  • Kelly Fryar was arrested for one MISC CPF at 12:47 a.m. He was released without bond at 5:43 p.m. 
  • Travis Russell was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 2:03 a.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Jose Sanchez COMM third or more driving while intoxicated at 10:19 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Sergio Esquivel was arrested for MTR forgery of a financial instrument at 10:37 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Skyler Walter was arrested for GOB evading arrest with a vehicle at 10:56 a.m. He was released without bond at 2:13 p.m.
  • Davey Tillotson was arrested for VOP possession of a schedule three controlled substance at 11:13 a.m. He was released without bond at 5:13 p.m.  
  • Crystal Martinez was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a schedule one controlled substance and MTR possession of a schedule one controlled substance at 12:08 p.m. She was released without bond at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Brian Frazier was arrested for VOP theft of property, obscene promotion, and sale of a harmful material to a minor at 2:45 p.m. His bond is set at $27,500. 
  • Arthur Pierce was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age in the vehicle at 3:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lazaro Zepeda-Rocha was being held for MISC ICE at 3:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Primitivo Amezquita-Hernandez was being held for MISC ICE at 3:30 p.m. HIs bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Homero Davila was arrested for J/N possession of a schedule two controlled substance at 3:38 p.m. He was released without bond Thursday at 6:58 a.m. 
  • Steve Castaneda was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15, MISC driving while license invalid, and violation of a promise to appear at 4:19 p.m. His bond was set at $4,518 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 
  • Wesley Mitcham was arrested for GJI unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 6:15 p.m. He was released without bond at 11:58 p.m. 
  • Mathew De La Cruz was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 8:46 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Aaron Taylor was arrested for possession of a marijuana at 9:20 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Thursday at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Cheyenne Ellis was arrested for possession of a schedule one controlled substance at 9:26 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Juliana Antu was arrested for possession of a schedule one controlled substance and possession drug paraphernalia at 10:35 p.m. Her bond is set at $642. 
  • Ramon Alvarado was arrested for GJI manufacture and delivery of a schedule one controlled substance at 10:37 p.m. He was released without bond Thursday at 1:43 a.m. 
  • Ronald Ramirez was being held for MISC Military at 11:31 p.m. HIs bond has not been set at this time.
