Attempting to Take a Weapon From an Officer Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday. 

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office and the San Angelo Police Department made various arrests including attempting to take a gun from an officer, assault to a family member, and endangering a child.

Out of the 445 beds, 401 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning.

 

The following were booked into TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  • Jimmy Townsend was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a MISC parole violation at 1:54 a.m. His bond is set at $10,642. 
  • Charles Hernandez was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument, RPR resisting arrest, MISC FTA, and MISC illegal dumping at 3:51 a.m. His bond is set at $8,542. 
  • Christopher Hudson was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 4:45 a.m. He was released without bond at 6:28 p.m.
  • Benjamin Hays was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:02 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Mary Sikorski was arrested for theft at 11:48 a.m. She was released without bond at 2:58 p.m.  
  • Preston Pruitt was arrested for MTR evading arrest with a vehicle and terroristic threat to a public servant at 1:54 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Frank Martinez was arrested for 22 MSC CPF and abandoning and endangering a child at 1:20 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Stephen McBride was arrested for MTR driving while intoxicated for the 3rd or more time at 1:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Wendy Ward was arrested for criminal trespassing at 1:58 p.m. She was released without bond at 6:43 p.m. 
  • Cristina Rivera was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 2:41 p.m. She was released without bond at at 4:43 p.m. 
  • Tyrone Temple was arrested for selling alcohol to a minor, driving while license invalid, and 1 MISC FTA at 3:57 p.m. His bond was set at $2,246 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Johnny Dunn was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing and 2 MISC CPF at 4:02 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Bailey Smith was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 4:48 p.m. She was released without bond at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Omar Gonzalez was arrested for FTA assault of a public servant, J/N assault of a public servant, evading arrest, and taking a weapon from an officer at 5:03 p.m. His bond was set at $65,000.
  • Elizabeth Cuellar was arrested for 1 MISC CPF at 6:35 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Janet Cuellar was arrested for MTR fraud by possession of 5 identifying info items at 6:40 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Dustin West was arrested for theft of a property and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:30 p.m. His bond is set at $642. 
  • Sonia Mascorro was arrested for criminal trespassing at 8:12 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Robert Briones was arrested for 3 MISC CPF at 8:56 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ashton Bingham was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a to a family member, criminal mischief, GOB interfering with emergency assistance, RPR criminal trespassing, and MISC CPF minor in consumption at 10:21 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jerry Ekert was arrested for expired registration, 2 FTA, and having no insurance at 11:11 p.m. His bond is set at $2,034. 
  • Danny Sipes was arrested for criminal mischief at 11:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
