Assault on a Peace Officer and Public Intoxication Top Weekend Arrest Blotter

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Police Department and the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office arrested and booked 32 suspects in the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend. Various arrests include assault of an peace officer, engaging in organized criminal activity, multiple DWI's and large amounts of a controlled substance.

The following were booked into TGCJ on Friday:

• Collin Delarosa was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:47 a.m. His bond was set at $642 and was released at 10:28 a.m.
• Ashley Emery was arrested for driving while license invalid and speeding at 4:08 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,792 and was released at 10:28 a.m.
• Noel Cano was arrested for stalking at 3:29 a.m. He was released without bond at 5:58 p.m.
• Hyeong Kim was arrested for criminal mischief at 5:51 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:28 a.m.
• Zachery Davis was arrested for assault on a public servant and resisting arrest at 2:34 p.m. His bond is set at $10,500.
• Raul Vaquera was arrested for engaging in criminal activity at 2:45 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000.
• Vivian Nguyen was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:00 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
• Joshua Fulton was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender at 5:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Ray Fuentes was arrested for defective brake lights, failure to display a drivers license, and restriction code violation at 6:33 p.m. His bond was set at $4,000 and was released at 7:13 p.m.
• Alivia Polston was arrested for unauthorized absence at a community correction facility at 10:52 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday:

• Audrey Mata was arrested for possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence at 5:36 a.m. Her bond was set at $26,420 and was released Monday at 5:36 a.m.
• Rodolfo Gonzalez was arrested for theft of a property at 1:18 p.m. His bond is set at $5,000.
• Marco Martinez was arrested for issuance of a bad check at 1:27 p.m. His bond was set at $532 and was released at 11:28 p.m.
• David Conklin was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 1:55 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500.
• Christopher Dunlap was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 7:26 p.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and was released Sunday at 12:13 p.m.
• Christopher Randle was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and giving false information at 7:47 p.m. His bond was set at $992 and was released Sunday at 1:43 a.m.
• Calvin Thames was arrested for public intoxication at 7:58 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Sunday at 8:58 a.m.
• Fernando Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and public intoxication at 9:45 p.m. His bond was set at $1,426 and was released Sunday at 3:43 a.m.
• Ashley Yell was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing at 9:47 p.m. Her bond is set at $9,642.
• Michael Pevey was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at at 10:56 p.m. His bond was set at $1,642 and was released Sunday at 12:43 a.m.

The following were booked into TGCJ on Sunday:

• Brandy Gregory was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 12:13 a.m. Her bond is set at $2,500.
• Amber Herrera was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated at 12:33 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,000 and was released at 11:13 a.m.
• Demetries Stokes was arrested for possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 1:08 a.m. His bond was set at $12,000 and was released at 2:43 p.m.
• Michelle Lopez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 2:54 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:28 a.m.
• Griffin Charlebois was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:52 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:58 a.m.
• Jodie Williamson was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:19 p.m. Her bond was set at $420 and was released at 6:43 p.m.
• Michael Constancio was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:07 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• David Montez was arrested for public intoxication and failure to identify by giving false information at 5:48 p.m. His bond was set at $942 and was released Monday at 4:58 a.m.
• Keesha Magallen was arrested for forgery and possession of a controlled substance at 9:57 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,557 and was released Monday at 4:43 a.m.
• Eric Ramirez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:26 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Monday at 2:43 a.m.
• Christian Wilson was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous convictions, and criminal trespassing at 11:38 p.m. His bond is set at $500.
