Fire Department Searching for Suspects Who Burned Down Two Houses

BRECKENRIDGE, TX-- Authorities are searching for suspects in two fires that burned down vacant homes on Saturday.

The first fire was on Dec. 28 where a trailer house had been burned to the ground in the middle of the night.

The house on Saturday that was burned down also happened at night. This house had burned down due to a trash pile that spread to it.

According to KTXS  Chief Calvin Chaney said they believe the other suspicious fire was intentionally set, and arson is being charged.

A cash reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in either case.

If you have information, please call Calvin Chaney at 254-522-5216.
