High Speed Chase Goes Through Church Lawn on Christmas

 

ABILENE, TX-- Police were in a high speed chase through Abilene on Christmas night.

The Abilene Police Department chased the suspect through the streets traveling up to 60 mph.

Just before police stopped the driver, she drove up onto the curb and through the Trinity Baptist Church lawn. She continue for a few more blocks, but was eventually stopped.

Police say the driver was intoxicated, and that they would be test the woman for any drugs in her system.

No one was hurt in the chase, and she was charged evading arrested.
