You have to love how our junior lowlifes in training are protected with anonymity, so we remain in the dark about who's who. Juveniles are people, people who have jus as much clarity as to what's right and wrong as an 18 or 19 year old, and just as we should be wary of the "adult" threats which can harm us today, it's just as imperative (or possibly even more so) that we know who may harm us tomorrow.

Every seasoned American criminal was once a juvenile delinquent, honed, coddled and held above and beyond reproach by society.

The infantilization of teenagers isn't virtuous, it's not noble, it's counter productive. Adult crimes warrant adult punishments. I'd like to know not only who's a danger to my family, but what pack of wild animals are breeding these rats

This article could easily be construed to be about the 13 yr. old runaway from Abilene (also reported here).
I do not believe it is because the dates the articles were posted do not match chronologically. If it isn’t him, I think that should be posted here
