Driver Taken to Hospital in Afternoon Crash

 

SAN ANGELO — A driver was taken to the hospital after a crash in afternoon traffic today.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, on April 2, officers with the motor units of the San Angelo Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of College Hills Blvd. and Loops 306 for the report of a major crash. 

When officers arrived they found GMC Acadia and a Toyota that had crashed in the middle of the roadway. 

Paramedics took the driver of the Toyota to the hospital. 

No citations were issued as officers were unaware who ran the red light.
