Crash Shuts Down Loop 306 Mixmaster Sunday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – No one was injured in a single vehicle crash that shutdown a major intersection on Loop 306 in San Angelo Sunday afternoon. 

According to San Angelo Police Department traffic division investigating officers, a single vehicle crashed into the concrete railing on the Loop 306 overpass near Ben Ficklin taking eastbound traffic through a curved section of lifted roadway bringing traffic back to US 87 heading into San Angelo. 

The single vehicle crash closed the roadway for a brief time. 

A nixle alert was issued advising drivers that section of roadway was closed. 

After the investigation, the roadway was reopened.
