WATCH: Chevy Runs Red Light Causing Crash on Ave. L and S. Oaks

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Two small children and the drivers of two vehicles escaped injury Monday afternoon in a crash on Ave. L at Oaks St. in San Angelo. 

San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer Long said the crash happened just before 4 p.m.

Officer Long says the silver Toyota Sequoia was westbound on Ave. L and the Chevy passenger car was northbound on Oaks St. 

Witnesses say the Chevy disregarded the stop light and entered the intersection where it was hit by the Toyota. 

Long says there were two children in the Toyota. 

The driver of the Chevy was issued two citations as a result of the crash.
