WATCH: Driver's Escape Injury During Lunch Rush Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Two drivers escaped injury during a lunch rush crash today. 

According to Officer Younts with the San Angelo Police Department's Traffic Division, on November 8, he was dispatched Sherwood Way in front of Schaffer Funeral Home for the report of a major motor vehicle accident. 

After arriving, the officer found a white truck and a gold passenger car who had collided in the roadway. Watch the video of the scene here: 

Further investigation reveals that both vehicles were heading west when the driver of the white truck made an unsafe lane change that caused the vehicles to crash. 

An Ambulance was called in but everyone was treated on scene. 

The driver of the truck was issued a citation for making an unsafe lane change.
