SAN ANGELO, TX – Two drivers escaped injury in an evening drive time crash at a deadly Knickerbocker Rd. intersection Wednesday.
According to San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer Younts, a green Lincoln Town Car was east bound on Knickerbocker Rd.

Officer Younts said a tan Jeep Commander was leaving a private driveway at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and pulled out in front of the Lincoln.
The driver of the Jeep caused the crash.
Following the investigation, Officer Younts issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way to the driver of the Jeep.
The location of the crash is near where a San Angelo Police Department motorcycle officer was killed in a crash.
