WATCH: Driver Misses Turn, Causing Two-Car Crash on North Side

SAN ANGELO, TX -- One person had to be transported to the hospital after a two-car crash on West 23rd St. that stemmed from a missed turn

Officer Welch with the San Angelo Police Department said a Scion was northbound on North Bryant Blvd when the driver missed her turn. So, the driver made a wide turn from the left lane into the 400 block of W. 23rd St. When she did, she collided with a white Nissan Pathfinder.

One of the two occupants of the Scion, the driver, was transported to the hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

Citations are still pending the investigation, but Welch said the driver of the Scion will likely receive citations for a wide right turn and driving in the wrong lane.
