WATCH: Driver Injured in S. Chadbourne Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- One driver was injured in a two vehicle crash in the 300 block of S. Chadbourne St. Wednesday afternoon.

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Welch, the driver of a silver Dodge Durango told police he dropped his phone and was distracted.  

Officer Welch says the driver failed to control speed and ran into the back of a maroon GMC Sierra pickup.

There were three people in the Durango and none of them were injured. 

There were also three people in the GMC Sierra.  The driver of the Sierra was transported to Shannon Medical Center with non life threatening injuries. 

The driver of the Dodge was issued a citation for failure to control speed and driving while his license was invalid. 

The driver of the GMC also received a citation for driving with an invalid license.
