WATCH: Two Car Crash on Sherwood Sends Elderly Man to Hospital

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A crash has occurred at the intersection of Sherwood Way and Fillmore St.

According to officer Bradshaw with the San Angelo Police Department, an elderly man driving a gold Buick car was attempting to turn left onto Fillmore st. from Sherwood. 

The driver of a black Ford car was driving was east bound down the 2200 block of Sherwood Way. The Buick failed to yield the right-of-way of the oncoming traffic and the two cars collided. 

The elderly man was transported to Shannon for minor cuts and bruises, and was issued a warning for failure to yield the right-of-way. 

The passengers in the Ford were uninjured.
