Driver Injured After Hitting Parked Car

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The driver of a Nissan Rogue plowed into a parked car on Greenwood St. Friday Afternoon. 

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Quade an elderly woman driving the Rogue westbound on Greenwood St. experienced a medical issue while driving and struck a parked car in the 2200 block of Greenwood St. 

Airbags deployed in the crash and the woman was complaining of arm pain. She was transported to Shannon Medical Center by ambulance. 

Officer Quade says no citations will be issued at this time.  The parked car was unoccupied and no one else was hurt.
