UPDATE: Driver Survives Roll Over Crash on 87

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers are investigating a single vehicle crash on U.S. 87 Thursday that blocked one westbound lane. 

Reporters on the scene say the crash occurred in Concho County.

Texas Department of Transportation says the crash happened in the vicinity of Kickapoo Creek.  

No word yet on how many people were in the vehicle or if there were any injuries.  

We have been in contact with the Texas DPS and are waiting on an official statement. 

This is a developing story. 

UPDATE THURSDAY 1p.m:

According to Public Information Officer Justin Baker, the crash was a rollover and it was non-fatal.

Only one vehicle is involved and the Department of Public Safety will be investigating on how the single vehicle was in such a severe crash.
