Two Injured When Car Crashes into Medical Building

SAN ANGELO, TX-- A car crashed into the front of the Angelo Kidney Connection on Sherwood Way Wednesday morning at around 6 a.m. injuring two people.

The black Honda drove through the windows of the building while people were inside.

The driver was sent to the Hospital and Administrator Melony Baumgartner advised a person who was inside to go to the hospital as well.

"We are in the process of moving to San Angelo Community Medical Center," said Baumgartner. "We are thankful for them letting us use some of their open spaces, because our clients need their dialysis."

Bumgartner said they are not sure when they will be open.  She advised their clients to limit their liquid intake of liquids and potassium.

Bumgartner says if you need any more information you can contact Angelo Kidney Connection at (325)617-2496.

If you start having symptoms please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
