Three Vehicle Crash at Twin Peaks Sends One to the Hospital

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A three vehicle crash snarled traffic in the Chicken District at the intersection of Knickerbocker Rd. and S. Jackson Thursday evening. 

According to investigating San Angelo Police Officer Benjamin Pollitt, a Jeep Wrangler and a Toyota Camry were on Knickerbocker Rd. waiting to turn into the Twin Peaks parking lot. 

A Toyota Rav-4 crashed into the back of the Jeep which then crashed into the Camry. 

A passenger in the Camry was transported by ambulance to the hospital with head injuries and neck pain.  

The driver of the Rav-4 was issued a citation for failure to control speed.
