Collision with Rav 4 Sends F-150 Crashing into Stripe's Gas Pumps

SAN ANGELO, TX — Just off the Houston Harte Expressway at the Glenna St. exit sits a gas station called Stripes Convenience Store. This evening at around 7 p.m., a driver of a fairly new Ford F-150 planted his truck into a pair of gas pumps at that Stripes at 901 Glenna St.

The F-150’s crash into the pumps was a result of a two-vehicle crash near there. A disabled charcoal gray Toyota Rav 4 was witnessed across the street with its side airbags deployed.

Police said three were rushed to the hospital, including a child. Because both drivers were no longer at the scene, police have not finalized the crash investigation.

The San Angelo Fire Department responded as well and secured the gas pumps to make sure there were no leaks.
