Child Injured in Crash on Houston Harte Access Road

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Two people were injured in a Friday afternoon crash on the Houston Harte Access Rd. which is also Freeland St.  

According to investigating officer Welch, a Gray Tahoe was stopped at a yield sign on Freeland legally yielding the right of way when a gray Nissan Sentra rear ended the Tahoe.  

Officer Welch said the driver of the Nissan was transported to Shannon Medical Center with unknown injuries.  

There was a child in a car seat in the Tahoe.  The child was also taken by ambulance to the hospital with unknown injuries.  

Welch said the driver if the Nissan will be cited for failure to control speed and the driver of the Tahoe was cited for no driver’s license.
