Man Goes Golfing in a Chevy Truck

SAN ANGELO, TX — A man driving a pickup ran through a fence and onto the golf course at the San Angelo Country Club late Tuesday afternoon.

San Angelo police said the incident did not involve alcohol, but instead the driver had a medical issue.

The man was taken away via ambulance as the fire department cleared up the crash scene at 1600 Country Club Rd. The truck ran through the fence, over a t-box, and then through another fence, police said.

The San Angelo Country Club estimated the cost of the damage was $15,000. We were not sure which hole it was.
